We recommend the uniqueness of the architecture, the wood floors, the space it has to do ceremony’s inside on a very hot Florida rainy day. The parking has plenty of space and the landscaping is beautiful. As a wedding photographer we love the big windows that let us be creative with natural light.

Everything was perfect for our wedding day. Guests mentioned how beautiful the ceremony was. Rachel and her assistants were there every time we needed them and were ready to change the ceremony at the last minute for rain if needed. Rachel coordinated with all of the vendors, so we didn’t have a single worry the day of the wedding and everything ran smoothly. They had a big room for reception, a front room for a little quieter place, and outside for yard games. The venue was clean and easy to get to for people staying at the beach or downtown. We would not change a thing!

My wife and I booked The Banyan Estate for our wedding in October. It was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. The venue is beautiful, and the owner made every arrangement to accommodate our needs. Our wedding consisted of 120 people and the reception space fit everyone comfortably. The upstairs is gorgeous. It has natural wood flooring which made our photos look amazing. The outside ceremony area was perfect on our wedding day. The grass was kept nice, and the greenery was perfect. Our ceremony started at 4:30 pm and we had gorgeous sunlight for the ceremony and pictures. My wife really loved the bridal suite where her and the bridesmaids got ready. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our decision and would highly recommend booking if you are looking for a wedding venue.

This is a charming Venue that can accommodate mid to large-size parties. The space(s) are various sizes and offers first and second-floor options. Prices are affordable without sacrificing value and customer service. This was a second family event and honestly, I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere if it were my event. The grounds are welcoming and quaint. I highly recommend this venue and offer 5 stars because I didn’t find suggestions for improvement.

Beautiful venue. Is refurbished Malabar school house, around 100 years old. Huge space for large bridal party and bride. Large refurbished space for groomsmen party. 3 different large rooms to utilize however you need. Gorgeous pictures out back by large banyan tree. Plenty of parking. Room upstairs is gorgeous and classy. Pretty at night.

It is an amazing place with so much history. The staff was great and very friendly. Everyone was kind enough to take the time to tell us the history of the house.
I definitely will recommend it to everyone.

This place is truly a hidden gem, a beautiful venue with a stunning view that felt warm and romantic. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality work were amazing. The whole team worked very closely with us at every step along the process to best cater to our needs and expectations. My daughter’s wedding day couldn’t have been any better. If I could put more stars I would. Banyan Estates gave us the perfect space for our wedding and made our dream wedding a reality. Tom and Joanne will make sure every single thing is taken care of. We were the guests at our friends wedding June 9. The Banyan and all of their recommended vendors were on point. They fully accommodated all of our guests needs. The place is clean, large enough to have your ceremony inside for 140 people in either room upstairs or downstairs. Our friend chose downstairs and it worked perfectly. The venue owner and her Planner did an amazing job!!! Our friends are planning to book their wedding here and it’s an absolute gem.
